Each message includes a clickable, patient-specific link to a scheduling calendar that shows all available openings. Staff notifies patients about available openings via Web Sched ASAP text* and/or email messages. Your IT and/or webmaster are your best resource if you wish to have Web Sched New Patient embedded in your site. Open Dental is not able to embed or manage custom websites for your practice. Note: This is only provided as an example of how the Patient Viewer can be embedded in a website to enhance its appearance. *To be eligible, patients must be new and 18 years of age or older.

Practices must be on support with a unique registration key to use Web Sched. See Fees for Software, Support, Services. Each service has additional per month/per location fees. Web Sched eServices, powered by Patient Viewer, allow patients to schedule appointments online.
